Antony is speaking upon Caesar leaving so soon, as his accomplishments were not appreciated. Antony was trying to prove a point of Caesar not being ambitious, as Brutus words are wrong of him. Antony tells the crowd that Caesar was offered the crown three times, as he refused it all three times. Antony is trying to prove Brutus points wrong about being ambitious. "you all did see that on the lupercal, i thrice presented him a kingly crown, which he did thrice refuse: was this ambition?" antony, Antony is speaking to the crowd of Caesar's funeral, and speaking of Caesar's actions. He is saying that Antony will be nothing when Caesar is dead. "and for mark antony, think not of him: for he do no more than caesar's arm, when caesar's head is off" brutus, Brutus is speaking to the conspirators, but mainly Cassius as he believes Antony will be as useless as Caesar's arm, when his head has been cut off. Cassius wants to kill Mark Antony with Caesar because they don't know how powerful he is, and if he would be able to become powerful with his resources, which later could destroy all of them, so Cassius wants Antony to die with Caesar. let antony and caesar fall together" cassius, Cassius is talking to the conspirators about killing Mark Antony. The people want to seek revenge on the conspirators, but Antony exclaims that we shouldn't take revenge to such physical extensions, rather confront without violence.
